There are many ways that community members can volunteer to help – special events and projects, and many more. All volunteers (including parents) must undergo a background check and complete the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Safe Environment Training before being allowed to participate in functions during school hours. For more information please contact the school at 966-6979.
Gifts-In-Kind donations are needed goods and services instead of money. These could be real estate, vehicles, books, bookcases, office supplies, art supplies, computers, furniture, printing services, etc. Please check with your tax advisor to understand charitable donation deductions.
Currently Pitt Academy is in need of playground equipment for our students to use during recess and PE classes. Items we are in need of include basketballs, kick balls, footballs and frisbees. We could also use any new or slightly used board games.
For more information or you would like to donate, please contact Renee Doty, School Principal, at 966-6979.
Your gift can be made in check or credit card‚ outright or as multi-year pledges.

When you include Pitt Academy in your will or other estate plans you will provide the financial power the organization needs to help a future generation of Pitt Academy students. Planned giving is a gift that allows you to donate via a trust, annuity, insurance policy, or most commonly—a bequest.
